You can get a schrader to presta grommet to install in the rim hole to convert a schrader rim to presta valves then you can use ultralight presta tubes plus the selection of tubes is greater with better quality and any 700cx20-25 tube will fit a 27x 1 1/4 tire. This bike has not been evaluated by a bicycle mechanic. Cables are cables so you won't have an issue with those, and 27" tires and tube are still readily found, seats and bar tape etc is all common stuff.

I have a Fuji Club and it had quad butted tubing and that tube set was the best tube set besides the Miyata triple butted Splined tubeset that came out of Japan. There is this Fuji catalog but I can't get a clear image of it, but if you can you can see exactly what it came with. Shifting duties are handled by 11-speed race-quality Shimano equipment: 105 on some trim levels, Ultegra on others. A braze-on front derailleur mount saves precious grams in combination with a hollow Chromoly or Chromoly-ti saddle. If the original components are not on it then no way is it worth $250. Fuji Gran Fondo Bikes: The men’s equivalent of the Fuji Supreme, this model features the same high-modulus C5 carbon frame but with geometry designed for male riders.
Is 250 a bit high, yeah so I would offer less due to the tires and cables so subtract about $80, but also check to make sure the gears aren't worn. Actually those Fuji's were great bikes, it was a mid level unit but the frame and Suntour Mountech (I think) components (if the original components are still on it) were very reliable.
